A BSc degree in Health Studies and Msc in Advanced Nursing , Diana is now retired from Nursing and is a Yoga and meditation teacher and educator. A passion for health and wellness she specialises in helping people come to terms with life changes such as menopause, bereavement and retirement.

Her style of yoga is an eclectic practice which incorporates yin, restorative and slow flow hatha.
