Inner Peaks Wellness was born out of a passion to foster true inner connection and encourage individuals to explore their inner landscape through movement, awareness of breath, and reflection. Certified as a 500hr yoga teacher; teaching Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra. When she's not encouraging wellness with others she may be found in the wilderness
