When the body is relaxed, it can more easily get in touch with its own natural ability to heal and attain balance.Reiki is Spiritual Energy and every single one of us is born with this divine energy. When we honor ALL creation with no anger, no judgement, no attachments, with gratitude and with an open and compassionate heart, we radiate this spiritual energy called Reiki.
