I help clients to acheive mobility, relaxation, health, and wellness. I graduated a full AA in Massage therapy, at the top of my class, and have only honed and bettered my skills since, with continuing eduation in the latest methods. I am trained in a wide variety of modalities, including CranioSacral, Shiatsu, and have extensive education in the effects of nutrition and physiology on the body.
