I belong to an Indian family that has been practicing yoga and has followed the path of spirituality for a long time. I have been practicing yoga since childhood. This pandemic left me feeling like more of us need to concentrate on our health and what better way to do that than yoga. I took professional teacher training in 2020 and have been teaching yoga ever since.
