Services

I believe it’s important, especially for women to reconnect with ourselves, our bodies, and intuition. Sometimes life happens and we can feel cut off from our connection to Source. This could be us holding onto stagnant energy and not having a way to release it that feels in alignment to you.

During our time together, you will gain a better understanding of embodiment as well as personalized embodiment tools that’ll help you get out of your mind and back into your body and release the stagnant energy.

This is a safe space for you to share what’s real for you and have space held for you. I will ask questions to help you dig deeper, get to the root of things, and develop a personalized embodiment practice that you can use in your daily life.

The sessions will be 75 minutes long via zoom. When you allow yourself to be open and vulnerable, you’re telling the Universe you’re open to begin your healing journey. I don’t heal you, you heal yourself. I simply provide a safe space for you during your journey.

And I can’t wait to connect and guide you while on your journey.
