I have been a bodyworker for 16 years specialising in biodynamic craniosacral therapy and therapeutic massage. I have a particular interest in the biodynamic model as it relates to our health and wellbeing, and latterly how we can actively apply those principles to how we live our lives in general. This has given rise to the coaching side of my offering.
