Priyanka has been practising Sivananda Hatha Yoga since 1994. She's been teaching a blended form of Ashtanga (8 limbs) & Hatha Yoga, since 2012. Priyanka integrates different aspects of traditional yoga to keep you in the present, by focusing on the breath, connecting to your body, being aware of the thoughts, and embracing the present moment.
