Then, refine or develop practices and principles that will better serve you to move forward and achieve your desired outcomes through practice and commitment from your side and support, belief, and encouragement from my side. It is a co-creation, and I am with you every step of the way as I draw upon my coaching, guidance, synergy, communication, and consensus skills to bring your goals into form. In support of my coaching experience, I bring the rich and varied knowledge I have gained from working in the international and corporate hospitality industry for twenty years and as an entrepreneur for a further ten with startups in hospitality, trading, import, and export. I have developed extensive leadership, relationship, and communication skills with people from various countries, cultures, and backgrounds. I bring my whole self to each coaching session with guidance, synergy, communication, consensus, construction, origination, intuition, insight, and education. I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
