I am practicing Mindfulness and Compassion-based psychotherapy with individuals who are challenged by stress, anxiety, overwhelm, self-criticism, perfection, low self-worth and body-shame. We learn to connect to our deeper self by noticing our body sensations and emotions as well as making friends with ourselves. This helps us encourage and support ourselves with gentleness and self-compassion.
