Each session will begin with a discussion around any blockages or challenges presenting in your life. Followed by a guided meditation and healing. All sessions will be done remotely over zoom. Please make sure to have a quiet space for your healing.

Possible topics to be covered during your session include balancing chakras, past life reading, communication with passed away loved ones, ancestral healing, soul contracts, or any other energy in your space asking for a healing.

The goal of each session is to take a look at any energy causing dis-ease and challenges in your life so that you may leave the session with a stronger sense of grounding and empowerment over your life.

During this journey, you’ll be given the tools to understand your energetic space and take ownership of your body as a soul living a human experience. The training lasts for six weeks, including a weekly 1:1 session done over zoom. Each session lasts around an hour long. During this time together, you will learn energy tools and dive into topics like:

- Grounding into your body (Using a ground chord)
- Running your earth and cosmic energy (Owning your energetic space as a self healing being)
- Rose tool (Used to clear and take ownership of your space)
- Healing the aura (Reading layers of the aura, clear aura holes and tears)
- Finalizing karma & karmic contracts (Remove energy cords & learn separation tool)
- Introduction to working with spirit guides and your healing master

During this session, you will be guided through a thirty minute individualized guided meditation. This meditation will focus on what your current energetic space is needing during this practice. The meditation will be done over zoom.
