What is so important about the heart?

The heart is the first organ to function. It begins to form at 18-21 days and at 35 days the fatal heart is fully functioning. It has awareness, wisdom and self identity at this point. The heart has a pericardium on the outside layer which lubricates and protects it, a myocardium in the middle which pumps blood, and an endocardium inside which keeps the blood from sticking to the inside of the heart and forming potentially deadly blood clots.

The heart is considered a brain on its own, because it has its own nerve network acting independently of the “head brain”. It functions like a brain, in that makes decisions, has sensory perception and intuition, short and long term memory. Physiologically, it manages blood pressure, regulates heart rate and rhythm and hormones. Information goes from the heart to the brain and back via the vagus nerve, which is responsible for rest, digest and repair. The heart is also an endocrine gland in that it is discovered to produce ANF hormone. (Atrial Natriuretic Factor). This influences fluid/electrolyte balance and regulates blood vessels, kidneys and adrenal glands. Research shows it is involved with motivation, learning and behaviour.

The heart cells synthesise, and release epinephrine, norepinephrine and dopamine (the pleasure hormone which rewards behaviour). Oxytocin is also manufactured here and is the love or social bonding chemical which exists between mother and child, and between people.

The Electromagnetic field of the heart is the biggest in the body. It is 60 times greater than the brain . Cells respond to electromagnetic fields inside and outside the body, and the fascia or connective tissue also responds to these fields. Anyone who works sufficiently on this field is aware of the difference they can make personally, just by projecting positive vibrations through this field and cultivating ones presence.

The wisdom of the heart is incomparable. We come in to the world with existing heart wisdom and ancestral influences. The heart continually updates and stores more information, like an app update. It then shares this information on with the periosteum or covering of the bones -”essential memory “. This is the knowledge of self and essence of ones personality. Non essential memory is stored in the fascia . The periosteum will keep receiving updates from the heart, organs, endocrines and body parts close by .

People who do not seem to “learn the lesson easily” may have a disconnection between transfer of heart wisdom to periosteum. The cells will receive an instructional manual from the heart telling it who it is, what it believes and how to express itself.

We tap on the head brain, heart brain and gut brain in Bodytalk. The head brain is seen as processing the changes. The heart is storing them, and the gut brain is very much part of the decision making process. Tapping collapses the quantum waveform and old patterns held within the three brains and body- mind. It is a disruptor of the existing unhealthy patterns too, and is always done very gently. The heart encodes the new language given by the solution of the formula that has come up according to the innate wisdom of the clients body. A heart centred practitioner can emanate empathy and sensitivity to others, and transmit an energetic healing exchange just by their presence .

The heart chakra is all about our first relationship. That with ourself. If we have no self-love, we cannot receive the mirroring of love from another. Often out first relationships with our parents show us distortions here. Even if this relationship is imbalanced, one can always cultivate self love through practice of heart centredness and awareness, forgiveness, acceptance, much like the Hoponopono prayer says to do. This will create a loop of love coming back to us when we love ourselves , others who do so will gravitate towards us.

The golden ratio of the heart is phi. This is mimicked in nature/DNA/art/music and all around us . The wisdom of the heart is understood to be contained in the Jivatma or soul, which carries the wisdom of many lifetimes and the lessons gained from this.

There is so much more to understand and inner stand about the heart, but this is just a small introduction.

Debbie Ford

To live in the light of a new day and an unimaginable and unpredictable future, you must become fully present to a deeper truth - not a truth from your head, but a truth from your heart; not a truth from your ego, but a truth from the highest source.

PaRama BodyTalk: What is it?

PaRama BodyTalk: What is it?

PaRama BodyTalk is the advanced version of the popular BodyTalk System that is being utilised by thousands of practitioners throughout the world.

WHAT DOES IT ADDRESS?

The more advanced formulas of PaRama BodyTalk are tailor-made for each client for their particular needs. This will include many serious illnesses; stubborn chronic illnesses; complex emotional issues; severe allergies and food intolerances; etc…

The system also works in specialty areas such as sports medicine and rehabilitation, and can be used to maximize performance in every area of human endeavor. PaRama BodyTalk is also commonly utilised to help facilitate personal and spiritual growth.

HOW DOES IT DIFFER FROM NORMAL BODYTALK?

Normal BodyTalk works like most other health care systems in that the treatment session is given during the appointment and the body then responds progressively with each appointment.

In PaRama BodyTalk, most sessions are formulated at the time of the appointment and then set to run at different times of the day or night, usually for several days.

Many illnesses are stubborn to address because of the habit patterns of the body and the complexity of what needs to be done. Setting up a formula that repeats itself constantly pushes the body into rapid change. In a way it is like taking medication several times a day for several days. The difference is that the PaRama formula is setting conditions up for the body to repair itself – the fundamental principle of BodyTalk.

These formulas are run by the most sophisticated computer in the brain – the prefrontal cortex. The average person has an overworked brain because of all the stresses of illness, work, the environment, etc. Hence, the main formula is usually run at night while the client is asleep and resting from all those activities. This is when the brain’s maximum computing power is available.

Science has now shown that the whole body is permeated by connective tissue that has continuous connections to every single part of the body. Furthermore, the connective tissue contains specialized neuropeptides which act as storage centers and also function as an advanced communication system that runs parallel to the nervous system. This system is called the “continuum” and is a major factor in the restoration and maintenance of health and functioning of the body. The continuum acts like a large, continuous liquid crystal and allows the passage of information throughout the body at subatomic speeds. It accounts for many of the functions that the slower nervous system could not do. PaRama BodyTalk uses formulas which specifically work with this rapid communication network.

WHAT KINDS OF FORMULAS IS THE BRAIN RUNNING?

DEFRAGGING

Similar to a computer that you leave overnight to defrag, taking all the fragmented files and filing them together. This allows the computer to function more efficiently than before. All information stored in the body regarding emotions, biological functions, memories are stored in a similar way to your computer. Stress causes fragmentation to the files and can result in compromise to the system.

In PaRama BodyTalk once the formula is understood by the practitioner, the prefrontal cortex can be programmed to defrag the area needing assistance and restore its function and efficiency. This may need to be on repeat for several days/weeks and the innate wisdom of the client indicates the duration via muscle testing. After the process is complete, the client may notice that they feel clearer, and the issue has improved. There may also be other improvements in other areas that seem unrelated.

REEVALUATION AND RECONTEXTUALIZATION

This follows the defrag process, and the prefrontal cortex and limbic brain will sort out the relevant information to the formula which is being worked on pertaining to the issue discussed. This enables the body mind complex to move forward with a healthier pattern of living and may involve changes to biochemistry, physiology, emotional responses, memory validation and ways of thinking of belief systems.

The human body has the innate wisdom of the body to evaluate imbalances ,and this is the advantage of the human brain over the computer.

INTEGRATION

The healthy changes would then be integrated within the whole body, such as for example fight/flight response of the amygdala may become les over-reactive and stress-inducing. The immune system would need to integrate this information and start to function better in response to the environment.

DYNAMIC INTERACTIVE FORMULAS

These are the detectives of the PaRama system. An environmental factor could trigger a reaction such as an allergy/intolerance, for example a child keeps getting hives after eating tomatoes. It could be an emotional trigger setting off a physiological reaction. One day the child was shouted at for not doing something whilst he was eating tomatoes, and the system has become overactive every time now due to an association. Another example is a person at work could trigger a headache or bowel reaction, due to an unconscious association with a distressing event in the past.

The practitioner may identify this connection with guidance from the clients innate wisdom and then have the prefrontal cortex place an energetic filter over the amygdala in relation to this. This filter will run all the time and whenever the headache or allergy reaction is triggered the prefrontals run two formulas:

1- to address the environmental irritant via a BodyTalk formula

2-to check the memory banks of then brain to discover the underlying causes for the incident in the past, (without necessarily having to relive the trauma of the incident). The prefrontals will run a parallel ‘Active memory Network’ of all those incidents pertaining and address this so that the charge is removed from the incidents, and later at night whilst the client sleeps it automatically gets integrated into the appropriate areas of the brain and body.

INTERACTIVE STRUCTURAL CORRELATION

Another good example of these Dynamic Interactive Formulas is to reorganise the physical structure of the body. This may be used in rehabilitation of injuries or sports performance. PaRama BodyTalk can set up a program involving the structural function of the body. The coordination may be included between certain bones or muscles of the back in a chronic back condition. When the client exercises or moves, the prefrontal cortex combines with the cerebellum and basal ganglia to evaluate the structure and function. It then runs a series of reciprocal links (such as ones in the BodyTalk protocol) within the brain to begin to improve the function. It may be repeated every few minutes (as determined by innate), for possibly an hour or so, until the function has reached its maximum potential. This may result in an easier ability to walk, or perform a golf swing, or running or coordinate playing an instrument.

The types of formulas or combinations are always tailor made, for the individual persons needs, guided by innate wisdom of the body. The PaRama practitioner will explain this during the session and how it is being used in that particular case.

IS PARAMA BODYTALK SAFE AND CAN ONE COMBINE IT WITH OTHER THERAPIES?

It is very safe as is all BodyTalk therapy, because the clients body mind is doing the work. The practitioner is simply there to facilitate the changes needed by assisting with discovery of what is out of balance in the body mind, and facilitating the change. Nothing is happening from the outside. Therefore, it is safe to combine and complement other therapies and maximise the results because of the involvement of the intelligence of the prefrontal cortex.

Always make sure to tell the PaRama BodyTalk practitioner what is going on in your life and what other therapies and assistance you are seeking, to optimise the results!

Always remember that if you have had a pattern of long term illness, adjustments may take a little time, and aspects of the functions of the mind and attitudes, beliefs and lifestyles that contributed to the dis-ease may need to fundamentally change. The practitioner will advise if there may be some homework for the client to do, such as to exercise a muscle, get the lymph movement going to clear out toxins, or increase water intake to flush things out. At every step, the practitioner is guided by the innate wisdom of the clients body on what will be the best steps to optimise results for that client.

You cannot get anything better than a tailor made session as everyone is different and has different needs and approaches! As always with BodyTalk, sessions can be conducted distantly via Zoom or a remote recording with the same results as in person.

Why is Lymph Drainage often done before a BodyTalk/healing session or necessary after it?

John Veltheim (BodyTalk System Founder) taught us that from his years of offering

TCM/Acupuncture and other therapy sessions, he discovered that people who had a lot of congestion, both emotional and physical, often needed 1 or several lymph drainage sessions before more work could be done to bring additional shifts.

In Osteopathic principles, drainage precedes supply, and the lymphatic system has to drain upwards against gravity without the additional support of a pump like the circulatory system has. It does this very elegantly a lot of the time, however in our modern world where we often sit more and don’t move as much as we should, we have more toxins in our environment to deal with, it is little wonder that this system is struggling to filter out the cellular waste, pathogens and toxins that it faces. If it stopped working altogether, a person would die within 24 hours, that is how important it is. It directly affects immunity because stagnation breeds toxicity. A lot of the toxicity is also emotional burden, clogging the joints , sinuses and commonly the abdomen,

where unprocessed emotions are stored.

Emotion essentially means ‘energy in motion’, and anger is the great energy of movement when healthy. Unfortunately, many people do not know how to express these emotions healthily because they are not taught to, instead they are taught to suppress or ignore them. This repression can lead to stagnation and illness, unless it is healthily expressed by talking, discussing, or expressing in some form. Even writing may sometimes help to express it.

There are many factors that affect this system: hydration, movement, a healthy diet and rest also affect this system.

When you next feel sluggish or congestion in your body in some form, ask yourself if there is an emotional toxicity there or something you need to express or move out of the body in a healthy way?

This is the first step towards a healthy immune system and a lighter load.

If you are unsure what your body needs, your BodyTalk therapist will be able to check in to see what is the priority for your body at this time. As always, we work with priorities of the body to provide a personalised session vs practitioner agenda on what is needed. The lymphatic session is also individualised in that we are checking at each point which section of the protocol is needed first, and how it should be done. The person receiving the treatment’s body is giving the indication of how it should be. Even in a distant situation, this can be done through Mindscape with the same results. (see blog post on ‘having a distant session vs an in person session.’)

All BodyTalk/Lymphatic/healing sessions are individualised, personalised, sessions unique for the client, based on the innate wisdom of that person’s body. Through Mindscape, one can access the hologram information and know what will benefit the client. Just as each being is unique, each session will also be unique to that client.

Bahar Nagi
Having a distant healing session vs an in person session

People often ask how they can receive a session as a recorded message, or online through Zoom.

Very early on as practitioners, we discover the effect of intention and focused energy. Just as a prayer or focused thought creates vibrations which give birth to energy and then to matter, the focused intention of holding space for a client, tuning in their hologram and using focusing tools such as Mindscape (developed by the founder of BodyTalk as a multipurpose tool) can be used to conduct a session distantly, and get results that are as good as in person.

John Veltheim also goes into details on the science behind this in the Finding Health series of courses and the newer BodyTalk Direct course, which is about tortion fields, scalar waves and how everything from the tap out of cortices, to a distant session works.

Long before lockdown restrictions, i was using the tool to work with clients who were either too busy to attend in person, lived too far away, or could not physically relax in person and so the best way for them to receive it was as a recording, or as a distant Zoom session. They received the same results as they would in person and have always given feedback to support that, and no longer find it surprising or unusual.

Mindscape is a tool that allows a person to relax their brain waves sufficiently to enter a state where they can create a workshop where tools that will support their intentions are used to practice whatever they wish to. It can be used as a multi purpose room or space to practice a sport or an art, revise or practice for an interview or exam, mediate a situation with a family or work member(s), and to find out things that can be accessed by the subconscious mind about this situation and the people involved.

For example, if you are having a difficult time agreeing with a colleague or boss, you could invite them into your workshop and discuss things more in depth, finding out what is bothering that person and how you can resolve the situation. You can move beyond the constructs of time (expand time) to practice your preferred sport or game and become more proficient in that, without having to spend as much time in reality doing this. The limitations are your own perceived ones, in what can be achieved in Mindscape.

The results can be surprisingly good and there is no downside to engaging the left and right brain more and the subconscious cues that can be picked up. Often more can be picked up this way than by the conscious mind.

The Lymphatic Drainage technique developed by John Veltheim can also be performed distantly with very good results. It is a safe, gentle method, suitable for most people, including pregnant women.
