Hi ! I’m an Alexandrian medical student who was diagnosed as a diabetic type 1 for 5 years and gained weight due to the medications. Until I decided , that this disease won’t put me down and started my weight loss journey . So I’d like to share with you some health tips and things I learned during this journey .
