I’m passionate about supporting people on their journey to better health. I’ve been practicing energy-based bodywork for 20 years. This potential to work at a deep level of our being on the physical/energetic body, emotions, mind & spirit can bring profound healing. I trained in Craniosacral Therapy, Zen Shiatsu and Shiatsu Shin Tai, an evolution of bodywork including structural and energy work.
