Most of us experience various anxieties in life, but when such anxieties start becoming too frequent and too intense, then they start becoming an obstruction in the way of normal/healthy living.To tackle anxieties of all kinds, these sessions are offered to all those, who have identified the Issue & want to address it optimally, once and for all.
This session aims to help you get clarity on what you want to achieve in your life or work.
My specific approach is grounded in CBT and NLP, by using tools and techniques that are easy, relatable and real-life applicable. Also, I will hold you accountable for completing the commonly agreed tasks, all meant to get you closer to your goal.
We are going to discover together which tools are suitable for you, and we are going to use techiques such as: Cognitive restructuring, Guided Discovery, Journaling, Role Playing, Relaxation, Future Time Pacing, Activity Scheduling, and many more, following what works best for you and focussing on getting measurable and sustainable positive results.
Whole foods act as medicine to heal and protect your body and boost your immune system. Withing the coaching session we will work on shifting to a healthier dietary pattern as a way to prevent disease.
