I offer sessions for children aged 5-16, whereby they can fully express themselves through direct work. We are able to establish what is bothering them, what their fears are, what prevents them from being confidant, have self worth and self belief.
My 26 years of experience has enabled hundreds of children over come fears, express their inner feelings and explore their thoughts.
Which in turn enables them to become more confident, find their inner voice, strength, and in turn bringing them closer to their loved ones.

In these Embodiment sessions we use different tools like ‘tracking’ to get in touch with the felt sense of whatever experience you might be having. Oftentimes we overlook this dimension of reality not understanding that it is key to unraveling any conflict or struggle we might face. Through a combination of mindfulness, somatic experiencing and the safe container of the non-judgmental presence of the other, you get to not only come back home to yourself but learn a self-healing skill that is priceless.
In these sessions, you and I connect on Zoom where I tune myself to your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical body. While connected, I can see, hear, feel, know and sense what is holding you stuck in your life and how to move forward. I receive messages and guidance from your higher self and guides. As we work together, I clear the energy blocks from your body. We bring this all together with coaching and tasks to help you move towards your intentions and goals.

My Coaching approach is rather ecclectic in that I use the GROW model as a process but use various coaching techniques at each of the GROW stages to address a specific coaching need. The techniques I use include but not limited: meta-mirror, ontology, self-esteem model, cognitive behavioral approach, transition model, time to think, EQ, Rise model,etc.The techniques I use challenge and support growth. I facilitate growth by empowering the individuals to find/ reach to the answers of the question or issue they are working on. I create a safe space to reflect or explore various pathways to success and sustainable transformation. I empower individuals to create/ improve self-belief, action, clarity, commitment, awareness, self-motivation and choice.
