What does a hand analysis do for me?
Please note that hand analysis is different from palmistry and has nothing to do with future reading.
What for: Improving core strength, spine flexibility, and body awareness. Decreasing stress and generalized body discomfort. (Belly dance is not meant to diagnose or treat any specific condition, illness, or disease).
How: I start by teaching the proper stance which is also the proper alignment/ posture for every day living. Each individual move helps us embody further, forcing us to stay fully present to what we are doing. Moves that are more difficult point to energetic and physical blocks in the body which can be addressed in session.
A series of 6 sessions which will help you set goals, overcome procrastination, learn how to make good decisions and find the motivation to live the life you want. No therapy-all strategies and learning.
