Mindfulness is the holistic practice that encourages a calm, clear and balanced mind. Our minds can become what is called, “the monkey mind.” This is a mind that is busy, cluttered, and unable to have a clear focus on any one direction.We work together to uncover the core, root issues then systematically, through mindfulness bring the mind, body, and soul, to a place of clear thinking.
Mind Body Eating Coaching is an exciting and timely new approach developed by the Institute for the Psychology of Eating that provides the missing ingredient to nutrition. What we eat is half of the story of good nutrition. The other half of the story is who we are as eaters. Mind Body Nutrition is the psychophysiology of how our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, levels of stress and relaxation, our personal story and more profoundly impact our digestion, assimilation, calorie burning, and nutritional status. My approach is positive and empowering. I effectively address weight loss concerns, body image concerns, overeating, binge eating or emotional eating.
I have a way to get your exact value system and how you operate from you unconscious mind, elicit (as in find out) your exact deepest rooted unconscious values. What it then leads to is amazing intervention work - removing negative emotions and limiting decisions from your neurology and installing new goals into your future time line + equipping you with strategies that they use day to day (these are all individual and change from one person to another) 🔥⚡🎯

I mainly specialize in relations readings, but I also can lay my cards for things like: finances, career, health (spiritual&physical), love, decision making, past lives, karmic debts and whatever comes into your mind.
I set the duration to 60 min but I don’t really stick with that timing since most of my readings I provide online. I can write them down and send you, or if you want we can have a call via zoom. It’s totally up to you, I’m fine with both ways!
One session is usually up to 5 questions.
