I am very familiar with this type of yoga. Maybe it's me, but whatever yoga I tried to practice, I always liked it the same way!

Acheive calm and gain clarity with EFT emotional freedom technique . I specialize in performance anxiety / stage fright but also work with people on all issues . The great part about EFT is that you tell me what's troubling you and we use your words to help!
By working with me you can learn how to use EFT YOURSELF and clear out troubling thoughts ON YOUR OWN! Most of the time. Then if you hit a block and cant seem to move forward that's when we work together again.

Hatha yoga offers a good contrast to our busy lives as it provides the opportunity to unwind, stretch, and ease away the tension of your day. Hatha Yoga has been shown to have many calming and well-being benefits.
My classes last 30 minutes and will start with a gentle warm-up then advance to more physical asanas (poses). The class ends with Savasana (the pose of total relaxation). Casses are suitable for beginners. My classes are currently held via Zoom.
