Hi Marc! To prepare, you just need to bring yourself and a willingness to grow! And we will take it from there! As far as results go, some clients are so motivated that they start making changes after just a couple of sessions. Depending on your needs and your goals I recommend booking two sessions a month for at least a couple of months so you can implement LASTING change. Each session is custom tailored to fit your needs!
