My online group coaching programs run over a six week period most months of the year. The next cohort will be starting on the 20th April, will you be part of it?
These small group coaching programs are perfect for exploring your wellness goals and growing within a supportive group of like-minded women. We meet via Zoom for an hour each week and you have gap tasks to complete between sessions to really deepen the growth.

Your meditation practice is an incredibly personal experience and it looks different from person to person.
During these hour long sessions we journal, discuss and practice together on a focus of your choosing.
Mindset is the root of all of our experiences. From how we view spilling our morning coffee to how we view ourselves in the work-place, these experiences are all based in our mindset.When we’re aiming for a life lived in balance, cultivating an empowering mindset is a vital step in the process.There are thousands of resources around mindset but really getting to grips and working with our mindset is far more effective when we work with an outside influence.
Do you:
Put limiting beliefs on what you can achieve?Believe that you’re bad with money/relationships/jobs/cooking?Tell yourself that you’re not good enough?If you answered yes to any of the above, a mindset session might be just the tool for you!
Sometimes an hour is all you need. Hashing out plans and working through wording with some carefully placed questions can be exactly what you need, especially if you already have a goal you’re working on.These are especially useful if you’ve got some belief work that just needs a bit of a ‘kick up the bum’ which happens to all of us!

I will offer you guidance, answer your questions and work with you to make the most out of your sessions. We will design a way of practice to suit your specific needs and routine so that you can reap all the benefits that meditation has to offer.
I’m a former Buddhist monk and have been on silent retreat for the equivalent of more than two years time (practicing more than 8 hours a day on average). I have also kept a regular home practice for many years and know the difficulties that daily life and a demanding schedule may play into setting aside some time for meditation every day.

Tarot card reading is the practice of using tarot cards to gain insight into the past, present or future by formulating a question, then drawing and interpreting cards.
Working with me on sleep hygiene is unique to each person. We will go through coaching and lifestyle habits that you can incorporate into your life to enhance your sleep. These sessions are 60 minutes and I meet clients once a week to stay on track with their sleep goals.
You do not need a watch or a sleep tracker to tell you how good you are sleeping. Through mindfulness and connecting deeper with your being, you become aware of your sleep patterns and the quality of your sleep.
