Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality that provides positive life enhancement on all levels - spiritual, mental, emotional, energetic. If you can name it, I can send Reiki healing energy to it. It is never harmful. Distance reiki sessions are equally as effective as in-person sessions. I just need your intention - it can be as specific as a pain point or chakra, or as general as an overall recharge.
