With the rollercoaster ride that this last year has been, lots of things have been going on in the world and individually, which means that a lot is going on in the inside as well.
Every organ corresponds to the energy of a certain emotion, and every disease stems from an imbalance in an organ or its meridians (energy channels). This is a fundamental idea in Chinese Medicine. Many times a physical disorder linked to a certain organ actually stems from an imbalance in the emotion associated with that organ. The reverse is often true as well: an imbalanced organ can heighten the specific emotion experienced by an individual. It can easily become a vicious cycle.
All emotions are inevitable, physiologically normal, and will not necessarily cause disease when they arise in daily life. Chinese medicine only considers emotions as pathological when they are repressed, contained, or expressed intensely, often, without control, or out of context.
Yin yoga is a wonderful practice to release trapped emotions and take the time to really feel into current emotions. Including Yin yoga in your regular yoga practice can have a profound effect on your emotional well-being.
Throughout this discovery call I will offer potential clients the opportunity to explain and discover what their current challenges are and see if the client and the coach will fit as a team.
Re-imagine your health and wellness goals with a wellness coaching session. During our coaching session you will decide which wellness area you would like to focus on: physical, social and community, stress reduction, sleep habits or improvement of eating habits. The session is lead by the client and together we find solutions to barriers that are impacting your overall well being.
The primary goal of a health coach is to facilitate positive behavior change by empowering clients to self-discover resources, values and strategies that are individualized and meaningful. A coach is a thought partner not a content expert who diagnoses, advises or tells the client what to do. Coaches are able to connect clients to resources if needed and help hold the client accountable.
I tune into your Third Eye Chakra and find what needs to be healed and attuned. During the session I let you know what I find, we discuss it and see what noticings you have had and what is it that you would like to see improved in your life as well with regards to this chakra. I then do my shamanic healing practice to restore your Third Eye Chakra to a healthier state and concurrently to help improve the flow of the corresponding areas of your life, as a result of better Third Eye Chakra functioning.
My healing practice may show me a past life trauma that may still be the reason for blockages or anything unhealthy in your Third Eye Chakra that needs to be healed, released and let go. I may be shown past fears, expectations, limiting beliefs, agreements, contracts, promises, vows, regret, self-punishment, self-preservation, guilt, shame, blame, grudges, distortions, blocks and other forms of karma that can be cleared for you to start feeling a shift in your life.
