**Life is too short to live as if ‘driving with the handbrake on’. **
Why not take a step forward today. Very soon you will be heading again to living the life you truly want and deserve. I use a combination of solution-focused clinical hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP),aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), as well as mindfulness based cognitive therapy andtraditional coaching strategies.
My approach is unique. Sessions often feel more like a stimulating and interactive workshop, without you being ‘on the spot’, feeling you have to talk non-stop. Our work together will be focussed, with a highly professional, yet flexible and calming approach to change.
Anything related to career is welcome here: We can work on goals like finding direction, negotiating salary raises, finding a new career/job, changing your industry, etc.
