Level 1 Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Energy Healing Attunement

If you would like to become attuned to be able to heal yourself and others and eventually go on to attune others to Reiki, you can do that here. Each level needs to be taken consecutively and it is advised that at least a 6 month gap is taken between levels in order for you to integrate and develop your sensitivity to the energy and get used to working both on yourself and others.

The following attunements are available:

Level 1 Course (currently selected) (allows the student to practice hands on Reiki on themselves and others)

Level 2 Course (allows the student to practice long distance Reiki)

Level 3 Master Teacher Course (allows the student to become a master and attune others)​

During each attunement I will open and expand the main energy channels of the student's body, allowing universal energy (Qi/Chi/Ki) to flow more freely. This can clear blockages in the body and lead to energy changes in the student. Attunements can be catalysts for spiritual self development. They can help you to become more sensitive to energy, more intuitive and more aware of your own energy centres (chakras). Once an attunement has been carried out it is permanent.

Once booked, you will be emailed a manual and some information regarding preparation for your attunement. You will also be asked to provide a photo of the certificates for each level you have already been attuned to if applicable.

Please ensure you book a date that is at least 2 weeks away on the booking calendar. This is to give you enough time to read through the manual.

On the day of your session we will carry out meditations, techniques and transmisions to prepare your energy system and balance the energy centres before you receive the attunement. The session will be 2 hours.

Once you have been attuned to Reiki, it is important that in the first few following weeks you give Reiki as much as possible to yourself and others in order to help the energy flow smoothly through the new channels in your body's energy system. Your commitment will strengthen your sensitivity.

Soul retrieval involves going back to traumatic events and working through them to reclaim a part of your soul that has been fractured. This is a particularly effective way to heal because oftentimes trauma subconsciously shapes our worlds. My specialty areas include: weight management (weight loss, weight gain, muscle building), disease prevention and management, food allergies, meal planning and more. Metabolism and food sensitivity/allergy testing help me identify a client’s needs and develop a custom wellness plan.

The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) provides a training in mindfulness meditation and awareness practices which have been shown to reduce stress, and increase well-being for people with a wide range of concerns, from stress and anxiety, to chronic pain and insomnia and many more conditions. It was developed by Dr. Jon Kabat Zinn in 1979 in the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

In the last 30 years MBSR has been rigorously researched and has been found to be effective with many forms of stress; from relationships, parenting, work, as well as chronic pain, and dealing with illnesses such as cancer. The MBSR curriculum allows participants to find their own inner resources for living life with more ease and resilience. It is the most highly researched mindfulness based intervention and spans many populations and disciplines. The MBSR programme has served over 24,000 participants over the last three decades.

The course is interactive, supportive, and structured. It runs for 8 weeks, and each class is 1.5 hours. The MBSR will provide you with:

Guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices, ie: body scan, mindful movement, breath awareness and more

An inquiry process to deepen individual and group understanding to support aligning ourselves to being more present in our lives

Opportunities to discuss how to work with obstacles to mindfulness, and how we can best integrate mindfulness into daily life in a variety of ways.

Less reactivity, and more awareness – building a greater ability to respond to life’s demands and difficulties with skill, openness, and self kindness

The programme is both rewarding and challenging and requires a high level of ongoing commitment to yourself and the home practice. Home practice is a major part of the course and will involve guided mindfulness practices of about 30 minutes a day. All materials needed will be provided including mp3s of guided practices, and a pdf handbook.

I hold a MSc in Mindfulness-Based Interventions from the School of Psychology at University College Dublin and I am a member of, and adhere to, the standards set down by the Mindfulness Teachers Association of Ireland.
