At first, meditation can feel intimidating to approach. I'm here to make it simple by giving you a clear path to incorporating meditation into your daily life, and experiencing the numerous benefits.

I'm here to help you cultivate a yoga practice that works for YOU and your life. A regular yoga practice offers so many incredible benefits from increased energy, less bodily pain, lower stress, and better sleep. It's my aim to help you develop a simple and clear routine of yogic practices that fit into your schedule. We'll work with postures, meditation and breathwork. No prior experience is needed, and you don't need to be flexible to enjoy the fruits of yoga!

Reiki is healing on an energetic level. It’s allowing universal healing energy to flow through the practitioner into the client. This universal energy allows negativity to be released and make room to align your chakras. Having your chakras aligned gives you healing on a mind, body, and spirit level and eventually puts you into a state of peace.
If you feel anxious, depressed or you’re having trouble focusing, you may need a reiki session. The session is done remotely (unless you are in the Las Vegas area or at a special in person event) and will last between 30-45 minutes. The session is not filmed if done remotely and there is no link to join the session. I try to keep it on an energy level so that you’re in tune with the universe to bring you the healing you’re looking for. You just need to be open and have intentions to receive the healing. The day before the session, you’ll receive an email letting you know what to expect and tips on what to do while the session is going on. You can meditate while I’m doing the session, read, do yoga, or do anything that brings you peace and relaxation. We will speak before the session (telephone or your preferred video service) to go over the process and during the session I will take notes on what chakras were open or closed and what messages I received during the session. After it’s complete, we will speak again to go over what messages and blockages came up.
**There is a recovery period known as a spiritual detox. Moving energy that had been stuck is no light task. You may experience fatigue, you may cry out of nowhere, feel happiness you can’t place a finger on, feel light as if a weight has been lifted, you could even feel as if you caught a cold. It’s very similar to a diet detox because your body has let go of what you no longer need. You may also feel nothing at all which is ok as well. Every one is different and so is each session. You want to make sure you drink plenty of water, avoid alcohol, and eat as clean as possible for 48 hours after the session. Hi there! I'm Doug and I offer 1 on 1 Holistic Lifestyle and Mental Health Coaching sessions. Navtigating life with mental health issues of any sevarity is a hard road. Your path to vibrant health in all aspects is soley your own. It can be extrordinarily overwhelming to take on this journey on your own. I understand this because of my own first hand experience with severe anxiety and panic disorder. I spent 15 years of my life plauged with intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, and a general feeling of dread most days.
In order to heal ourselves from trauma of any kind, we must bring balance to ourselves in all aspects (body, mind, and spirit). The body is a complex cascade of systems upon systems. When one of those systems falls out of balance, it has effects on different (sometimes seemingly unrelated) parts of the self. I will help you develop your own personal practices to restore balance in yourself.
