The distinction between the real and virtual world gets increasingly blurred, due to a fast paced life, leading to a high levels of stress, that imposes a heavy burden on the Mental health. The constantly weakening mental health eventually leads to the candle burning at both the ends and an eventual Burnout.

We will look at short term goals previously set. Look at your Progress at what is working and what is not. We will look at why and identify obstacles and challenges as well as resistance you have towards achievement.
We will fine tune or readjust goals and discuss how to over come that which has prevented your success and also discuss what you did right in achieving your set goals. Identifing your strengths and weakness and take a realistic look at your anticipate projected progress towards achievement of your long term goaland implement your next plan of action towards Success
