The power of your healing is designed by you. I believe that everyone is different, people heal in all different kinds of ways, for all different kinds reasons and that being open to those paths is vital to change. I present you with possible options for healings and you tell me which ones that you are interested in. You let me know your time frame and how you would like to spend your feeling time. We then embark on your journey for however long you need me, you stop when you are ready to. If, after your consultaiton we feel that it is a good fit then we continue on to your journey making sure that you are on track towards unlocking your best self and best life.

I can help you to activate, balance and remove blockages from your Chakras. Each Chakra represents specific ideas and areas of your life. When they are blocked you are not in good flow and can become unbalanced in life. Chakra activation and alignment helps you to have a better quality of life in more areas.
Grounding Excerises help to ground your energy into the present moment. It teaches you mindful awareness and about how to sit in your energy better. It helps to teach you what to do when you want to heal and what to do when the healing it too intense and you need a break. It also helps you to learn how to ground and heal others and your space from a distance.

I’m a former Buddhist monk and have been on silent retreat for the equivalent of more than two years time (practicing more than 8 hours a day on average). I have also kept a regular home practice for many years and know the difficulties that daily life and a demanding schedule may play into setting aside some time for meditation every day.

The use of Tarot goes back to the 15th century and has been the medium through which many have delved into the secret and unknown. Past, present or future, Tarot can often show us that which we would like to know, and if used carefully this can help with both healing and growth.
What can the cards tell you? Tarot cards are best consulted when attempting to understand a person, a situation, or to glean some insight into the possible outcomes before us. They may help to bring closure, confidence, or even to reveal untruths. Some believe that the cards simply channel our own intuitions, either that of the queerant or the reader. What I can say is that the cards can sometimes respond with personality, and each reading can be quite different, especially when reading for others. Sometimes the cards tell us what we need to hear, what we’re ready to hear, and sometimes things we weren’t prepared for.
What does a reading entail? We begin with a chat; this can be a call or a text chat. We will discuss your issue or concern, and you can share with me what you’re comfortable with so that I can understand your situation and the questions that we must put forth to the cards, our chosen oracle for this reading. Based on the kind of query and the situation, I will either do a common spread appropriate to your query, or I will tailor one to your particular reading. Often times, I find that the cards have more to say than what is allowed in most standard spreads. I will take what you have shared with me and I will consult the cards, I will interpret their meaning and their guidance, and I will relay this to you in a conversation. Generally these readings will begin with a minimum of a 3 card spread, however I usually draw a secondary card for each (this is up to the cards, and I don’t refuse it when they speak up). I would expect between 4 and 10 cards for most readings. During the reading, I may need to ask follow-up questions in order to best understand the guidance being offered by the cards. We will discuss the results of the reading and apply their wisdom to your query. We may go overtime as needed.
Please note that this exchange may seem personal. While I am intuitive, I would be doing you a disservice by presuming to understand your thoughts and feelings without discussing them first. Please know that anything we discuss will be confidential and that there is no topic or realm of human thought, feeling or experience which I am uncomfortable engaging with. In my readings, I try not only to bring the wisdom of the cards, but also my own wisdom as an empath and student of psychology.
My purpose here is not to tell you what you want to hear, but to earnestly try to help you find truth and understanding. I will do my best to guide you to that truth with compassion, empathy and objectivity.
