Your mature self talking there. Well said. I always think that if I would had the amount of experiences and self-awareness I have now, I would have made better choices in life, but life it’s a journey with different stages. It’s thanks to the young version of me that I got to this point in life and can appreciate now the older, more mature version of me.

Ah so beautifully said! There are moments that I also wish I had started my awareness journey earlier, so natural to do that. I always remind myself when that happens that I had to go through all of those phases also before I was ready to be here. Thank you so much for sharing that ❤️
