Reiki is a Japanese healing modality for stress reduction and relaxation.

It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.

Imbalanced energy or blockages in our bodies leads to illness and diseases.

If your life force energy is low then you are more likely to get sick, feel stress and tired and if it’s high, then you are going to feel more happy, energized and healthy.

Reiki assists by bringing balance to the mind, body and spirit and connecting with our highest self. It helps to release blocked energy and bring more light into our energy body and increase our vibration.

Reiki can be done distantly because time knows no space.

Energy balancing can be good for stress reduction and clearing the mind. During this coronavirus break out, it has been difficult for many. I would love to help!

I am offering remote/distance Akashic Energywork Sessions. This is a high powered energy balancing using the Akashic Records with Reiki. Perfect for this crazy time! This can really help alleviate stress and imbalances. When you are in the flow, then decisions are easier to make and life is more joyful.

The type healing involved in Akashic Energywork is non-local and can be done without being in person. This form of healing has a way for me to connect to your energy body and is excellent for calming, stress relief & rebalancing. It even can be benificial for physical issues, especially when caused by stress. The difference between this and a regular session is that it is not in person, not hands on, but in the comfort of your own home. The goal is to tune into your energy body and create a better connection & energy flow.
