A 60 minutes LIVE workshop in which I will be debunking some insight on how you can CREATE the HEALTHIEST version of yourself.
And by “healthiest” I mean:
👉🏼 How to reconnect with yourself energetically, emotionally, physically and mentally.
👉🏼 How to go from feeling exhausted to feeling truly alive.
👉🏼 How to embody your Power. Yes, I will give you tips on how you can master feeling AT YOUR BEST.
Sometimes we forget what self care means. Actually, some people don’t know what true self care means… Either way, the truth is that it is a non negotiable practice that it is required if we want to live life at our fullest.
So I will not give you some superficial advice on how to invest your energy in trying to implement “healthy habits”
I will share with you navigation tools so you can really start living from your purpose, with deeper presence, and be your self booster of your own confidence with EASE.
A full tarot reading is best when asking a more complex question. Examples could include “I want a new job, but I’m not sure what direction to take,” or “My marriage is really struggling and I’m not sure what to do,” or “I’ve been feeling really overwhelmed lately and I’m not sure how to fix it.” These are the types of situations that have many variables and a full tarot reading can help flesh out and dissect where to put your energy and what to let go of.
I have devised the 12-week vegan diet plan to support people who would like help and advice as they transition to a vegan diet and lifestyle or want to improve their vegan health. It is also suitable for partners and families who would like to understand more about the vegan diet..
As a nutritionist, I know how contradictory and confusing advice on the internet can be and how many of the ready-made plant-based meals can be an unhealthy option. How does it work?
When you subscribe to the plan, you will be asked to download a questionnaire about your diet, lifestyle, and exercise routines, this will allow me to work out an individual plan for you that contains the nutrients that you need as an individual. I will work out a five-day vegan menu for you based on the foods that you like to eat and the calories and nutrients that you require.
We will then arrange an initial consultation via Zoom or in-person (depending on social distancing requirements at the time). The appointment is about you and we will go through the answers to the questionnaire and make a plan of how to start on your vegan journey and how I can best help you to achieve this.
Each month we will have a Zoom call to discuss your progress and answer any questions you have. Every week I will send you information on the topics below. You will also have unlimited email access to me for any questions or advice that you would like and free access to my monthly vegan online cooking classes.

Detailed Description:
Does your mind seem to have a mind of its own? Me too! The good news is we all have the ca-pacity to train the mind to be a bit more present and to also be a little bit kinder!
Mindfulness is not: • About clearing our minds or getting rid of all of our thoughts • Necessarily a relaxation exercise • A fix-all pill
Mindfulness is: • Taking a pause, slowing down, checking in with ourselves • Kindly returning our focus of attention to an anchor in the present moment such as the breath or body whenever the mind wanders (which it will!) • Noticing our whole experience just as it is in the present moment; practicing not grasping the pleasant and pushing away the unpleasant • A practice, which means it does take some practice!
Mindfulness meditation has been shown to support wellbeing by alleviating symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, pain, and insomnia (just to name a few)!
By intentionally cultivating present-moment awareness we are able to change how we relate to our experiences, transform habits, and actually alter brain structures associated with stress!
