I can help you to activate, balance and remove blockages from your Chakras. Each Chakra represents specific ideas and areas of your life. When they are blocked you are not in good flow and can become unbalanced in life. Chakra activation and alignment helps you to have a better quality of life in more areas.
Grounding Excerises help to ground your energy into the present moment. It teaches you mindful awareness and about how to sit in your energy better. It helps to teach you what to do when you want to heal and what to do when the healing it too intense and you need a break. It also helps you to learn how to ground and heal others and your space from a distance.
There is no debate that we are using our phones and social media way too much. Just look around and it seems being on our phones constantly is the new societal norm. Now with the coronavirus outbreak, we use our smartphones and social media constantly. Deep down we all know that we should stop acting like our phone's slave and start enjoying the offline world a whole lot more.
Our environment is filled with people who are absorbed by their phones. Seeing most people in a static and zombie-like mode connected to their devices, makes you think it is hard to be different. I have good news for you.

I understand this because of my own first hand experience with severe anxiety and panic disorder. I spent 15 years of my life plauged with intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, and a general feeling of dread most days.
In order to heal ourselves from trauma of any kind, we must bring balance to ourselves in all aspects (body, mind, and spirit). The body is a complex cascade of systems upon systems. When one of those systems falls out of balance, it has effects on different (sometimes seemingly unrelated) parts of the self. I will help you develop your own personal practices to restore balance in yourself.
I am in training to be a druid, and as such, I have experience with crossing into other realms and communicating with spirits that are intimately aware of your higher self.
