Be led through emotional freedom technique, breathwork, and grounding meditation to provide stress relief and tension release. It's like that good cry feelin, but no tissues required!

This is a collaboration effort of breathwork facilitator Rebeca Camacho and EFT instructor Genevieve Mackenzie.
