Are you 50 years old or over?
Then join Mindfulness Coach, Elizabeth Hooper, for a free 8-session course to help you be more relaxed, more focused and better able to cope with the stresses of everyday life.
The 8 sessions will run from Thursday 3rd of October to Thursday 21st November 2019
Starting Time: 11.00am
Finishing Time: 12.15pm
