The option of an empowering photography session teamed with tangible mind-body techniques help you to create a new awareness of you and your life that you will feel and see! You wil regain your bearings and start to exercise your trust and self-confidence muscles so you can make confident decisions with ease and grace.
Through rejuvenating yoga, tai chi and Pilates practices and daily immersion in nature (including a trip to our local waterfalls), you will reconnect with your life force. And through daily meditation personal herbal and nutritional guidance and healthy vegetarian meals, you will deeply nourish your body and gain knowledge that will support you to care for yourself long after you have returned home, centered and renewed.
