Hello there! My name is Kathleen. I am a Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a Bachelor's Degree in Education and Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. While I am proud of these accomplishments and accolades, my real services come from my experience. I developed very serious Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (HA) and spent two full years building and implementing the knowledge and toolkit necessary to fully recover. I went from having no menstrual cycle, plus digestive and skin issues, to fully recovering and getting pregnant naturally. I feel it's my duty to share my knowledge and experience with others. If I had just had the right guidance and information at the beginning, I could have saved myself from countless hours of tears and feelings of hopelessness when it came to feeling like myself again and getting pregnant. As a full-time working (soon to be) mother, I use my experiences to provide support and necessary tools for HA recovery and natural pregnancy to others. I look forward to getting to know you.
