I have been traveling for the last years of my life.
I came to India for the first time 7 years ago, a place where i felt a deep connection and where i was introduced to yoga, a beautiful discipline that promotes harmony between the body and the mind, bringing awareness and joy to our daily life.
Currently living in India where I continue to learn and explore the wonders of yoga.
My honest intention as a teacher is to share the benefits of yoga with dedication and love, guide to bring stillness to the mind through postures that are synchronized with the breath. To create classes that are accessible to everyone and help to achieve the well being of the body, mind and soul.
