I’ve coached single men to find happiness in themselves in order to prepare themselves for a healthy relationship which has led to marriage. I’ve also coached fitness/health, and mental health.
I'm primarily interested in assisting and guiding men to mental and emotional wellness. I have experience in emotion coaching, breaking addictions like pornography and smoking.
