I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained in DBT, CBT, and certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional. I specialize in treating Anxiety disorders including PTSD, GAD, Panic Disorder, Phobias, and Acute stress. I view mental health from a mind, body, and spiritual perspective and work to help my clients balance these three concepts in order to reduce stress and enhance personal growth.
