I am an Occupational Therapist, Spiritual Counsellor and Intuitive Breathwork Practitioner. I currently work as a specialist mental health mentor whilst running my spiritual counselling practice. My speciality is providing spiritual counselling, mentoring, intuitive readings and breathwork sessions. All sessions are facilitated with a view to promote introspection and growth.
