About Vanessa Murray Vanessa is a 500 E-RYT & YACEP, trauma informed and somatic influence teacher that focuses her training in the restorative and yin practices of therapeutic yoga. Using the chakras, aromatherapy and healing stones she offers her students a space to find relaxation, serenity, new-found insights, a deeper connection to self, source and healing within the poses. |
