About Igor Berkhin I’m a practitioner of Dzogchen, a meditation teacher. Born in 1968 in the USSR, I early became interested in my own mind. I was studying with many teachers from different countries, the main one being Chogyal Namkhai Norbu. I teach meditation in both secular and spiritual contexts and I go right into the essential principles of how mind works. I lived in Donetsk till 2014. Now I live in Israel. |
