For over 20 years I have walked alongside women and men on their journeys of healing, renewal and self discovery. My work brings together therapeutic massage, sound healing, trauma informed practices and soul centered coaching to create a safe space where body, mind and spirit can reconnect.

As an Advanced IEMT Practitioner (Integral Eye Movement Therapy), a Nervous System Regulation Practitioner, Massage Therapist, Sound Healer, Menopause Coach and Astrologer I support clients to meet the many challenges of what being human is.

Life's thresholds and changes are honoured in a compassionate, safe and trauma informed way, whilst guiding you towards goals you carry within your heart and soul.

At the heart of my practice is a simple truth - the body holds a tremendous intelligence and wisdom and when we listen deeply, it will guide us towards our greatest expression of healthand wholeness.
