Usui Reiki is a hands-on, energy healing art that originated in Japan during the early 20th century and was developed by Mikao Usui. Usui said that the purpose of the Reiki healing was to bring peace, happiness and health to oneself and then to others.

Karuna Reiki means “an action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others,” it can also be defined as the Reiki of Compassion.

Tuning Fork Therapy is a very gentle, yet powerful modality to treat the body and mind and restore inner balance and health. It works with the nervous system, the tissues and the more subtle energies of the body. It is deeply relaxing and restoring and can offer long-term benefits.

A Tibetan singing bowl is a type of bell that vibrates and produces a rich, deep tone when played. Also known as singing bowls or Himalayan bowls, Tibetan singing bowls are said to promote relaxation and offer powerful healing properties. Buddhist monks have long used Tibetan singing bowls in meditation practice.

This is a virtual, distance session where a combination of methods are combined to help induce the relaxation response and puts the body in the best condition for healing. It works because it connects the Universal Life Force Energy with the body's innate powers of healing.

Under hypnosis, the client reviews significant or remarkable events with the hypnotist as the guide. All the memories of all of your experiences since you became a soul with the awareness of your individuality are stored in your subconscious. Regression is a means to reach into those memory banks to recapture the events of past lifetimes. It isn’t so different from trying to remember events that took place during your early childhood. At first, memories may be dim and few, but each event remembered sparks another memory…and another.
