Hi, I'm Daina, an International Transpersonal/Wellness Coach and Licensed Transpersonal Psychotherapist with a passion for helping individuals achieve personal, professional, and spiritual growth. With many years of experience in the business environment, I bring a unique perspective to my practice.

Transpersonal psychotherapy is at the core of my approach, as it integrates the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of human existence. Through this holistic approach, I aim to guide individuals towards self-discovery, harmonious living, and successful self-realization.

As a skilled practitioner, I specialize in Family and Organizational Systemic Constellations, providing valuable insights and facilitating transformative experiences. I believe in empowering individuals to overcome limiting mindsets, behaviors, and ego states that hinder their growth.

Throughout my own life journey, I have weathered severe storms and undergone significant personal transformation. This has fueled my dedication to continuous learning and acquiring extensive knowledge in the field. I have honed powerful soul healing techniques that aid in self-understanding, acceptance, and personal transformation, helping individuals become accepting, loving, strong, and happy individuals.

My educational background includes a European Certificate in Transpersonal Psychotherapy (Eurotas) from the Transpersonal Education Institute, as well as a professional Certificate in Transpersonal Coaching Psychology from the Alef Trust. I have also completed specialized training in Family counseling and client-centered constellations at the Institute of Consulting and Systemic Solutions.

With over 30 years of experience in business, including 25 years in company management and strategic management, I have successfully created and led a prominent group of companies in the Baltic countries. This experience has provided me with a deep understanding of the complexities of the business world.
