I am writing a book "Fragile People: The Secret Door to the World of Narcissists". Excerpts from an upcoming book. I also write about business psychology, business psychology and other topics of interest to me.

A few words about my book.

When I became interested in psychology and took a course in personal psychotherapy, I didn't expect narcissists to be my main object of study. And all because at some point I realized that I had many narcissistic traits inherent in me.

My interest in this topic led me to write the book Fragile People: The Secret Door to the World of Narcissists. Of course, like any narcissist, I am not happy with it, but if you improve the content of the book endlessly, it will remain unpublished.

I have read many books that say you should be afraid of narcissists because they want to use you, and that you should be wary of their bad character. But as time went on, the deeper I delved into the study of narcissism, the more traits of these people I uncovered. I began to feel interest, curiosity, and even sympathy for those whom narcissism had so wounded that they needed the grandiose protection of their fragile selves. Moreover, I realized that narcissism is pervasive, but it is not what we think it is.

At first I was naïve and succumbed to popular science prejudices about narcissism that would lead to its demonization. I thought that narcissists were selfish people who did nothing but exploit good people. But the more I learned about this phenomenon, the more I realized its complexity and the interesting range of possible manifestations. I realized that it is necessary to avoid judging and categorizing people based on their narcissistic traits, but instead to understand and help them in their individual situation.

In this book I will try to talk about the characteristics of narcissistic personalities and the mental conflicts and suffering that underlie them. I believe there is something of narcissism in all of us, and I want to help my readers better understand this side of their personality. I will gradually publish chapters of my book on Medium and then release it for sale on Amazon. I believe that our personality is much more than our flaws and diagnoses, and I hope that my articles will help my readers to see themselves and others in a new light.
