Tiffany Ashaya Rose

Tiffany Ashaya Rose is a Sacred Feminine Embodiment Coach who works specifically with women, supporting them to reclaim their power and sacred sexuality, while developing an authentic sense of self-love. In her 1:1 sessions, Tiffany weaves coaching, guided meditation, breathwork and embodiment practices to help women release stuck emotions, wounds and trauma, and reconnect with the feminine body as a temple. Through this, we restore a healthy connection to the heart, yoni and womb, so that natural creativity, pleasure, joy and wisdom can reawaken.
Tiffany has been on a self healing journey for many years, exploring modalities and practices from yoga to Ayurveda to shamanism and more. When she discovered the path of feminine healing, she felt it was the missing link and knew it was not only for her personal healing, but also her calling on this planet - to help restore the wisdom of the Goddess for the healing of Mother Earth and All Life. Through her devotion to working through her wounds and reclaiming the power of heart and womb, Tiffany holds a deeply loving, strong and compassionate space to support women on their path of embodied liberation.
Tiffany is certified as a Tao Tantric Arts (Sacred Femininity) Facilitator, 13 Roses Sacred Sexuality Teacher, Yoga Nidra Instructor, Ayurvedic Health Practitioner and Ayurvedic Body Therapist.
