Hello,

I am a Relational Art Therapist and AAMFT Approved Supervisor*. I specialize in trauma, identity, sexuality, and gender on the individual, intimate partner, and family scales. My passion is in the Gender, Sex, and Relationally Diverse (GSRD) and LGBTQIA communities and bringing healing for them and that communities around them. I am one of the founders of Hope Development Practice where we bring training and education for safer communities as well as accessible and competent care to rural Washington state.

Hope Development Practice is a community focused mental health nonprofit. Making WA a safer state for all who call it home, especially addressing the systemic and educational disparities associated with the GSRD experiences. We work with individuals, intimate partnerships of any constellation, and families. Many of our staff are students offering care that is approved on three levels of clinical analysis and supervision. It is our passion not only to provide competent services, but also train the next generation of therapists to be not just competent but stellar, inclusive, and affirming in their clinical work. In addition to this we offer weekly groups. Most groups are offered on a time limited or cohort basis, so please check our website for current offerings. Our GenderNauts group is a series of Art Therapy sessions with developmentally/discussion topic appropriate break out groups. These groups offer community, support, education, and acceptance therapy for the clients to help combat the leading killer in the LGBTQIA community, loneliness and isolation.
