Desiring a deeper and more subtle understanding of the human experience led her to yoga teacher training and a yoga therapy certification. and then an ayurveda practitioner at Kerlala Academy. My education in ayurveda took me to India to intern and study pancakarma, I studied mindfulness-centered somatic psychotherapy and today I am com[leting my doctoral certification in Ayurveda.
