I offer a counselling relationship within which you feel safe and can explore whatever is causing you distress.

I have over 20 years’ experience as a counsellor, including working in private practice and as a staff counsellor with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.

Each counselling session lasts 50 minutes; the number and frequency of sessions is entirely up to you.
